Student Wins AIAA Paper Award 2026
Congratulations to Jack Proudfoot, who has been awarded 3rd best student paper in Fluid Dynamics by the AIAA fluid dynamic technical committee at Aviation 2026.
Jack joined the Centre for Doctoral Training in Future Power and Propulsion, first completing a masters at Darwin College, University of Cambridge, graduating with merit from MRes stage. Jack is now conducting studies towards a DPhil in Active Flow Control at the Oxford Thermofluids Institute with joint funding from Rolls-Royce and EPSRC.
