Biography
Dr E Tredenick completed a PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, in 2018. The thesis was supervised by Prof Troy Farrell, Prof Scott McCue and Dr Alison Forster -“Mathematical Modelling of Ionic Agrochemical Diffusion in Plant Cuticles: A Mechanistic Approach.” In 2019, Eloise worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at QUT - “Evaporating Droplets on Inclined Plant Leaves and Synthetic Surfaces: Insights from Experiments and Mathematical Models”. From 2019 to 2021, Eloise started working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the ANU with Dist Prof Graham Farquhar. In July 2021 Eloise started at the University of Oxford working on mathematical modelling of graded battery electrodes with Prof Stephen Duncan.
Research Interests
Mathematical modelling and complex systems.
Current Projects
Modelling and Optimisation of Li-ion Batteries
